1. Licence
Batch Watermark & EXIF Remover is licensed to you through the Mac App Store (under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement) or the Microsoft Store (under the Microsoft Store terms), together with these terms.
2. Your responsibility
The App never changes your originals, but check the results before deleting them, and make sure you have the right to the logos you use.
3. Pro
Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your store account. Refunds are handled by the store.
4. Warranty and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Richard Pham is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
