1. Summary
Batch Watermark & EXIF Remover ("App") works on your computer. It has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no crash reporting, and we (the developer, Richard Pham) receive nothing from it.
2. What the App handles
- Your photos are read from where they are and processed on your computer. Results are written to a Watermarked folder next to them or a folder you choose; originals are never changed.
- Logos you choose are copied into the App's data folder so they keep working after a restart.
- Settings: language, watermark and output options, saved presets and the output folder (on Mac, a security-scoped bookmark). Stored in the App's data folder.
3. Network
None. The App never connects to the internet. Purchases of Pro are handled by Apple or Microsoft; we receive no payment details.
4. Permissions
- macOS: App Sandbox with access to photos you pick or drop, your Pictures and Downloads folders, and a folder you choose.
- Windows: a standard desktop app with access to the files and folders you use with it.
5. This website
batch-watermark.richardpham.com is a static site on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. We set no cookies.
6. Children
The App collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
