What does "remove location only" keep?

Camera make and model, lens, exposure, the date taken, artist and copyright. It drops GPS, serial numbers, the owner name, maker notes, XMP, IPTC and the embedded thumbnail.

Does removing information lower the quality?

Not for JPEGs when you only remove information: the compressed picture is copied unchanged. With a watermark or resize the photo is saved again at the quality you set (88 by default).

Can I use HEIC photos from an iPhone?

On Mac, yes: they are saved as JPG. On Windows, HEIC support comes in version 1.1.

How do I make the watermark the same size on every photo?

Size is a percentage of each photo's width, so it adapts. Use Tile (Pro) for a repeated mark across the whole photo.

Why 20 photos in the free version?

Free watermarks 20 photos per run, as many runs as you like. Removing information has no limit. Pro removes the limit.
